We are community-driven station, our members are at the heart of everything we do. These guidelines ensure that LUSH remains a respectful, inclusive, and vibrant space for all.
1. Respect Each Other
Treat all members with kindness and consideration. Any form of discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated, and action will be taken.
Respect different opinions, as we all have different perspectives and beliefs, and engage in discussions with an open mind.
2. Create a Positive Environment
Support fellow members and contribute to a welcoming community, if you have nothing nice to say, then don't say it! If disagreements do arise, address them respectfully and seek resolution in a constructive manner.
Be mindful of the language you use—this is a space for everyone, direct attacks or offensive remarks have no place here at LUSH.
3. Engage Responsibly
try to keep discussions relevant to the original topic—if someone is asking about pets, no one wants to hear about current-day politics. Let's keep conversations focused and enjoyable for everyone!
Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion, or any disruptive behaviour, It clutters discussions, detracts from meaningful conversations, and doesn't add to our positive and enjoyable community experience.
When adding to, or creating a discussion, make sure your fosters a positive and welcoming environment!
4. Represent LUSH Radio with Integrity
Whether online or in-person, be a positive ambassador for our community, do not engage in behavior that could harm the reputation of LUSH.
If you're representing LUSH at an event, for example raising money, uphold these guidelines at all times.
5. Protect Privacy & Safety
Respect the privacy & safety of fellow members—do not share personal information without consent, and refrain from posting or distributing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, you can flag it, or report it here!
6. Use Common Sense
In addition to these guidelines, just use common sense. If something doesn't feel right, you're probably correct!
